Tillie – founder and lead VA
Hi, I’m Tillie ever since I was a little girl I’ve loved everything admin and organisational. From organising my brother’s Pokémon cards to writing lists about everything imaginable, such tasks made me incredibly happy.
I started my business back in 2016 after leaving the admin department of my local council. I wanted to pursue a better work-life balance and support people on a one-to-one basis. I’m passionate about helping people and making a difference to their businesses.
When COVID-19 hit in 2020, I took some time out to care for my son and then in August 2020, I decided I was ready to return! This was my time to really invest in myself and my business and, my oh my, it has been an amazing journey. I’ve met lifelong friends, learned many new things, and my business is continuing to bloom. I also now have a team to support me, which means we can handle every aspect of your admin needs.
As well as neurotypical clients, I work with both ADHD and Autistic clients. In 2018, I was diagnosed with Autism and then ADHD in 2021. I realised that supporting like-minded individuals was a gift that could not be wasted. Over the years, I have taken on more neurodivergent clients, and I love every second of supporting them with their needs.
I’m incredibly grateful that my passion has always been everything admin. I am now on a quest to support entrepreneurs in making their businesses bloom.
Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family and head off on adventures! I love being by the sea, and you’ll often find me in Wales and Scotland with my family. Family is so important to me, and they always come first for both me and my clients because let’s face it, it is why most of us do what we do.

Claire
Claire was Tillie’s first associate back in March 2023. Claire has been an incredible addition to the team. She’s really good at systems/processes as well as research tasks. Claire is patient, full of ideas and truly wants clients to thrive in their businesses.
Tegan
Tegan is actually also Tillie’s VA. That’s right folks, even Tillie sees the benefits of having a virtual assistant. Tegan came on board in April 2024 and has been an incredible addition to the team. She’s our social media extraordinaire and loves a project!
Gemma
Gemma is our in-house business strategy and management expert who joined our team in February 2024. From identifying growth opportunities to personal branding or implementing new processes and management methods, she can help. Gemma spent 10 years across the startup and corporate world before going freelance in 2024. She loves problem solving, so come to her with any challenge you have!
